Our Services
Eligibility for the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program (VPK) does NOT depend upon household income. Your child is eligible for the 2012-2013 school year if both of the following are true:
1. Your child will be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2012.
2. Your child resides in Flagler County, FL.
